Step 1: Share Your Requirements
You don't need a complete specification to start. A reference product, photo or link, the main functions you need, your target market, your expected order quantity and your target price level are enough to open the discussion.
Step 2: Review the Options Together
We check whether an existing Flashion product can be customized to fit your needs — logo, color, packaging, labels and user manual — or whether your requirement calls for deeper product changes or a new development. This is where you decide what really needs to be changed before spending time and money on development.
Step 3: Prototype and Sample Confirmation
For custom projects, we move from concept development to prototyping. When you receive the sample, check functions, appearance and finish, accessories, branding and packaging, and real user experience — before you approve it. Clear feedback at this stage is much easier to correct than changes after production starts.
Step 4: Mass Production and Easy Replenishment
After sample approval, your requirement is locked into clear production specifications. Flexible MOQs on selected products help you start small, and limited stock with neutral packaging lets you test the market before scaling. When demand grows, repeat orders for selected products are fast to place.
